There are no set rules to tell if a man is in love with you. This is mainly due to the spontaneous and often unpredictable nature of the male of the species, not because they don’t behave in predictable ways when they’re in love. They do, actually. But every man is different, and he will exhibit different manifestations of his love, depending on his unique character and outlook on life.

That being said, the following is a general list of signs that a man is genuinely in love with you. While not all men will do the same things you will find that some if not all of these will exist in one way or another from a man that is honestly in love with you.

1.    He will drop whatever he’s doing if you ask him for some help.

2.    He will forego the ball game or the golf foursome with his friends for a quiet twosome with you.

3.    He will actually remember your anniversary and even your birthday.

4.    He will volunteer to take care of some chore or errand that he normally              wouldn’t like to do.

5.    He will sometimes not be himself, meaning he will act in surprising ways that may not be part of his usual character.

6.    He will not have to be reminded to take care of things that he has promised to do for you, especially those things that are not very enjoyable for him personally.

7.    He will wake up with a smile, or he will smile the first time he sees you each day, unless something really is troubling him.

8.    He will take a genuine interest in the things that you like.

9.    He will be nice to your mother.

10.    He will agree with this list, and will have additions to make.
